Although what is deeply rooted can be hard to uproot, the salary gap can be slowly removed if people will stop believing one sex is greater that the other. A gender-neutral atmosphere is an ideal façade for every business establishment. In fact, it is very essential to eliminate outdated ideas such as making every workforce as a man's world.
There are so many ways to avoid gender inequality in the workplace. It can be best started at home were the roots of characters and attitudes begin. The world of business is composed of so many kinds of people. In order to establish sexual equity on these areas it is always best to remind each other to be aware of their ways of perceiving and treating other people especially women.
